The rep will need to know what you need cleaned. This information is essential for giving you a price estimate:

• How much carpeting requires cleaning.
• Are there stairs that require cleaning?
• Is there upholstry that requires cleaning?
• When did you last have these items cleaned?

The rep will then ask you about scheduling:

• Are there alternative dates to the one provided on the form?
• What time of day is best for you?
• What is the address?
• Payment information.
